Making a reservation?

  • Please review our COVID-19 guidelines and FAQ before making your reservation.
  • Make reservations under the patient’s name, not the caregiver’s name.
  • If you live in the US, you can arrive at the Inn no more than 24 hours before your first appointment and stay no more than 24 hours after your final appointment.
  • If you’re an international patient, you can arrive at the Inn no more than 48 hours before your first appointment and stay no more than 48 hours after your final appointment.
  • Reservation requests can be made by medical teams or by patients, except:
    • If it’s your first time coming to the Children’s Inn, your medical team must make your reservation.
    • If you are a patient of NIAMS, NIMH or NIAIID, your medical team must make your reservation.
    • If your diagnosis is NHGRI-Periodic Fever Syndrome, NEI-Uveitis, or Ocular Immunology, your medical team must make your reservation.
